Since 2005 we have provided dance and fitness activities for people of all ages within London and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to promote a healthier mind, body and soul for our participants. We pride ourselves on our partnerships with so many reputable companies.

The Latin, Urban Dance & Fitness Company provide qualified instructors and coaches to gyms, schools, medical institutions, youth and corporate organisations in all areas of fitness and dance including:

We can offer personal 1:1 or small group dance and fitness sessions, ideal for fundraising and corporate events, team building sessions and party nights. See other services for more information.

Our Instructors and Coaches on the team page have all been specifically selected for their expertise and qualities - be a part of the ZLV experience!

ZLV and Zumba Fitness

ZLV was the one of the first to bring Zumba to Enfield and North London. Since 2009, we have led the market, inspiring in 1000's of classes in Enfield and the surrounding area alone. See FAQs for more information about how to ensure your local Zumba session is licensed.

With over 60 classes, training over 1400 participants each week, it is imperative that we remain at the forefront of the industry and invest heavily to stay at the top of our game.

ZLV Instructor Training is ongoing ensuring you train with the best each and every time. As a team we work extremely hard to ensure that we can deliver classes that are of a very high standard.

All our Instructors and Coaches are trained Dance and or Fitness professionals, are first aid trained and are covered by full Public Liability Insurance, so you are in very safe hands.
