Stel joined Latin Vibes in October 2007, when his vibrant personality and flair was spotted across a crowded room.

Trained by Akile Alexander and now a Qualified Intructor under the UKA, Stel is our principal teacher of improver level and advanced Salsa and has been branded 'Rueda King' by those who attend our weekly sessions.

Whether teaching moves and techniques to challenge even the most experienced dancers or offering a patient and supportive approach to ensure the basics are understood and enjoyed by first-time dancers, Stel is always in the thick of it.

Andreas

We had the pleasure of meeting Andreas in 2002, when he was attending lessons at one of our venues.

Andreas is now a member of The Latin Vibes Performance Team and often assists in the teaching of lessons.

However, his primary role within Latin Vibes is as 'Resident DJ'.
His superb DJ-ing skills and choice of music pack the floor at Club nights every Thursday as well as at our regular themed events.

Meghi

Meghi is the newest addition to the Latin Vibes teaching team and has proved to be a huge hit with the beginners who attend on a weekly basis.

Her encouraging approach and ability as a teacher to bring first-time Salsa dancers and recent newcomers quickly up to speed make her role both vitally important and absolutely invaluable.

Trained by Akile Alexander, Meghi can dance both as leader and follower, which means that she can teach the fundamentals required to obtain a solid foundation both as man and woman.

With a background as long as her arm, Akile has most definitely put the fun factor back in to salsa classes and often has her students doubled up in fits of laughter.

Qualified Salsa Instructor awarded by the United Kingdom Alliance (U.K.A.) the only recognised salsa body in the UK, Akile has earned the respect from many industry individuals and colleagues and was complimented by examiners for her teaching style and technique.

As Latin Vibes Club Host / Teacher, Resident DJ & Urban Krew Street Dance Instructor, Paul dedicates his time to attracting new members to the fold whilst working with North London based Schools, Youth Clubs and Leisure Centers teaching Latin & Street Dance to adults and young people.

Dancing since the age of 18 Paul is renowned for bringing the Salsa music scene in line with the 21st Century and caters for every type of dancer. Whether you prefer more traditional music, Reggeaton or even R&B Latino Fusion, Paul Es. Plays them all. So no matter what your preference, you are guaranteed to a night packed full of your favorite tracks.

Sherife is the friendly face that is likely to greet you when you first arrive at any of our Latin Vibes venues. Dancing in excess of 10 years, Sherife manages the registration side of Latin Vibes and also provides drop in instruction to new beginners.

With previous experience of competing in the U.K.A. British Salsa Championships and working as a Mentor by day, Sherife is perfectly equipped to provide guidance and encouragement to experienced dancers and amateurs.
